I’m Aalok Purohit, a UX designer driven by human-centered innovation, behavioral science, and strategic problem-solving. Born in Rajampet, Andhra Pradesh, raised in Anand, and Rajasthani by origin, I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, decide, and interact with technology.
From an early age, I was a tinkerer—modifying circuits, deconstructing toys, and sketching countless car designs (I’ve likely drawn over a million by now). That innate curiosity evolved into a career focused on designing intuitive, scalable, and high-impact digital experiences.
With over six years of experience, I specialize in enterprise UX, AI-driven product design, and digital transformation. At WNS, I lead UX initiatives that align business objectives with seamless user experiences, ensuring that technology is not only functional but also engaging and efficient. My work is rooted in data-driven decision-making, persuasive design, and usability heuristics, creating products that drive adoption and long-term user retention.
My approach integrates principles of persuasion, emotion, and trust, along with cognitive load reduction and behavioral psychology. Whether it’s designing low-friction workflows, optimizing user segmentation, or enhancing decision-making through UX, I focus on clarity, simplicity, and impact.
Beyond digital design, I engage in painting, sketching, and model-making, which sharpen my attention to form, function, and visual storytelling. This cross-disciplinary perspective enhances my ability to create aesthetically refined and highly usable digital experiences.
I believe that great design is a balance of usability, psychology, and business strategy—an approach that ensures every product I design is not just usable, but indispensable.
