The problemEvery new page drifted a little: different spacing, different contrast, different motion. Consistency needed to be built in, not policed.

Lead a team of five on safety-critical products for aerospace and industrial systems, and represent India in the global design organisation. Founded the Product Experience Guild, am driving user-centred design (UCD) adoption across teams and created the High-Stakes UX framework for work where errors can’t be undone.
